The Big Moo was designed with beef in mind but is amazing on veggie and spicy black bean burgers too! Since everything is bigger in Texas, we made sure this rub had big flavor that would take steaks of all kinds to another level. This rub starts out crunchy, but then gives way to salty, oniony, garlicy goodness. Superb on veggies, fries, and a host of other dishes including mac & cheese.
