 Terms

Each order is payed for upon placing the order for the product. The order is not shipped until payment for the product is received. Once the payment is received by the business the product will be shipped within the upcoming days and will reach the consumer within a maximum of two weeks. 

Failure to Deliver the Product to the Customer

If you do not receive your product within a maximum of two weeks’ time, contact the business and Julia Belle’s will see where the product is and when it will be coming. If the product does not come after the first time contacting us, please call again and we will refund your money or provide you with some form of discount or to satisfy our highly valued customers. 


Shipping

All orders are shipped within the same week the order is placed. The order will be sent out to the consumer by the end of the week, or beginning of the following week, depending on the day the order is placed. 


Returns

We believe strongly in our products and therefore, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Exchange or return of defective/damaged merchandise within 30 days or original purchase. Shipping for returns of defective/damaged merchandise will be paid for by Juliabelle’s Seasonings. Please email juliabellesseasonings@gmail.com and type Return Label in the subject line to get a pre-paid shipping label sent to you.

Please note that food products are not returnable or exchangeable, but if there is an issue with a food product that you received from us, please contact us immediately by emailing juliabellesseasonings@gmail.com and type Defective Product in the subject line and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
