An absolutely delicious cornbread that pairs well with just about any dish. Great on its own or with just a little butter and honey, it can also be used as an ingredient to make stuffing, dressing or pancakes. Add cheese, peppers or chilis for a spicy, savory version of this classic mix.  Just add buttermilk, egg and olive oil and voilà it’s cornbread.
